Who we are

Sydnie earned her Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University in 2019 and began her career at the community mental health center where she completed her internship. During her time there, she supported individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health needs, building a foundation of compassion, empathy, and practical tools for change.

In 2022, Sydnie joined a group private practice, where she continues to work in addition to running her own practice. She has a special passion for working with clients navigating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and also has experience supporting individuals living with bipolar disorder, OCD, high-functioning autism, and personality disorders.

Sydnie’s approach is grounded in understanding each person’s unique story and helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
